I've consumed more data on internet on social media statistics than probably most people I actually pay the researcher to go and just won all the most up-to-date global statistics for social media across the board and then drill down and find the most up-to-date social media statistics for Australia and it is nuts so now big opportunity right now the things that we're missing out on the two big ones are YouTube and you've been banging on about that and LinkedIn Twitter not so much I think I think we should be prioritizing YouTube and LinkedIn above Twitter let me show you why interesting backwards and forth and actually engage with the consumer traditional marketing is what we call promotional marketing where you run an advert you promote for a special for an opportunity for a download special deal special offer content marketing is you actually publish content that people want to consume and they are more inclined to consume it because it is not promotional people are becoming very discerning about the types of content as they consume you've got to stop thinking like marketers and start thinking like publishers what is the goal of marketing so that customers approach you the goal of social is how do you make yourself as approachable as possible but think again this is we're teaching social media what do you think is the key word social how do you maximize happen as a natural consequence of giving massive value it just happens naturally focus on giving value not on the transactions I love the way you guys take notes honestly no I love it it's so much disable microphone you can still see everything else everyone pick up their way back don't fight it you're already okay who's had some freaky like that happen and I know some people come up the law of attraction my point being is every single thing you look at like talk about rape Facebook has a profile on you that is probably thousands of pages thick which means that they know you very well now you might be thinking oh my god an invasion of privacy it's too late okay you're already sold but you can take advantage of it does this make sense the targeting features of Facebook are off the
